When should we rent our tuxedos?
You should begin planning the Groom and Groomsmen styles two to three months before your wedding. This allows the groomsmen plenty of time to visit a store to get measured and place their orders. One exception – with ring bearers and any children in the wedding party, wait until a few weeks before the wedding to get measured since children can grow so quickly.
What if our groomsmen live in different parts of the country?

Can I take my own measurements?
We strongly encourage that you do not measure yourself. An error of an inch or two could make a huge difference in whether your tuxedo is too big or too small. Our expert professionals are available to take accurate measurements to ensure that your formal wear fits perfectly.
Can you match my bridesmaid dresses?
Our collection features more than 385 tie styles and 175 fullback vests to match any dress color. Our sales professionals can help you match our in-store swatches to your dress swatches to ensure that you find the perfect color.
Can I purchase items for my wedding party too?

Why should I rent shoes?
Our shoes come in patent leather to complete your formal look. Your groomsmen are wearing the same formal wear so shouldn't they complete the look with matching shoes? Uniformity will help ensure your wedding photos are perfect!

When does my tuxedo need to be returned?
Your tuxedo should be returned the day following your event. If your event is on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, we invite you to take the weekend off! Return your tuxedo on Monday with no additional fees. Please see your sales associate for details.
Can I return my tuxedo to a different location than the one where I picked it up?
Yes – you can return your tuxedo to any Jos. A. Bank location. Click here to locate a store near you.
When do I need to pay for my tuxedo?
A deposit of $30 is due when you place your order. The balance is due upon pickup of your order.
I’m having a destination wedding outside of the country. Are there still rental options for me?
Yes! We can customize your return date to fit your travel schedule. Please speak with one of our expert sales professionals for details.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled up to 14 days prior to the scheduled event. Deposits are non-refundable.
